Job Summary:
 

NKF seeks a Project Manager (PM) to lead the schedule-based and project-based communication involving the implementation of an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Business Intelligence (BI) product suite development.   The role will include working closely with client stakeholders, application consultants, account managers, and technical developers to coordinate schedule- and task-based events required to implement a technology deployment. Additionally, must integrate project methodology best practices in the structuring project management work to ensure on-time delivery.  Responsibility also includes compliance with NKF’s processes, methods and best practices.  The PM position requires strategic thinking, excellent organizational, communication and writing skills and a functional knowledge of IWMS or ERP system.

 

 Essential Job Duties:

 
  • Clearly communicate with all stakeholders in a project / implementation
  • Schedule calls when needed to deliver specific actions according to the schedule
  • Maintain an implementation-specific schedule that informs the overall strategic schedule
  • Accountable for resource/schedule alignment and revised expectation setting
  • Accountable for driving on-time delivery of pre-agreed project milestones
  • Obtain confirmation with customers that the furnished documentation deliverables are accurate and comprehensive enough in detail for data and reporting requirements
  • Provide escalation and resolution at the earliest sign of a project- or technology-related issue
  • Work with System Architects, Application Experts, and other project team members
 

Skills, Education and Experience

 
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 3 years of experience work with the IWMS or ERP application/platform
  • Minimum of BS/BA
  • Knowledge of IWMS systems, particularly TRIRIGA is a plus
  • Knowledge of adjacent technologies like CAD, document management, GIS, and BIM solutions a plus
  • Conceptual knowledge in BIRT, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting software is a plus
