Essential Job Duties:

  • Responsible for financial reporting and analysis for a global business line and related client profitability
  • Individual will work with Business Lines and Management to prepare and review financial analysis
  • Create monthly reports, forecasts, annual budgets and supporting analysis  
  • Create various ad hoc reports
  • Perform month-over-month review of P&L variance analysis
  • Monitor the month-end close to ensure accuracy of financials
  • Understand fee structure in client contracts and validate whether items are funded by client
  • May perform other duties as assigned

 

 Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance or accounting required
  • Advanced Excel and data mining skills required
  • Experience working with financial models preferred
  • Must be a self-starter who can determine what needs to be done rather than wait for direction
  • Must be detail and process oriented
  • Must be able to multi-task under tight deadlines
  • Must be able to work across corporate functions
  • Demonstrated ability learning new computer systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong work ethic required
