Job Summary:

The Transition Manager/CRE Account Project Manager oversees the on-boarding of prominent new client accounts and actively participates in the ongoing governance of these accounts for Global Corporate Services. Working with the Service Delivery team, under the direction of the Transition & Governance senior leadership, this position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational processes, procedures and best practices to ultimately deliver the client experience. This business is fast paced and requires an individual who is highly motivated, proactive, very organized with good time management skills, dependable and professional.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the integration of new accounts into Newmark Knight Frank.
  • Manage the coordination and transitioning of new accounts and the development of key client relationships, as well as the ongoing maintenance of these accounts in coordination with senior management team and relevant business partners.
  • Manage the account onboarding and transition period with clients to ensure a smooth transition of services, including the development of new real estate and business processes.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, acting as a liaison between client legal and internal business terms and legal matters.
  • Assist the Account team with developing and implementing standardized playbooks and processes for all services included in the transition.
  • Develop and maintain transition presentation materials, internal processes, standard operating procedures, and materials for the department.
  • Develop customized playbooks and other supporting documents / templates.
  • Develop improved efficiencies and new programs with support services and workstreams through improvements including coordination, communication, and leading the roll out between multiple parties
  • Prepare meeting notes and agendas for weekly, quarterly and annual meetings.
  • 10. Coordinate team members’ internal and external meetings, including initial kick off   meetings, transition meeting series and PMO related coordination meetings.
  • Facilitate and participate in Executive Business Reviews and Annual Strategic Reviews.
  • Active role in coordinating / delivering the action items from the Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews to deliver contractual obligations as well as bolster the long-term strategies for each client
Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a corporate environment or commercial real estate Diligent worker with a high standard for work product and quality control
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects and presentations
  • Six Sigma / lean process development experience is a plus
  • Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline driven environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, team building and organizational skills
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
