Job Description:

NKF Global Technology team is seeking an experienced Application Consultant.
The Application Consultant leads requirement validation, design phases, and functional change management involving the implementation of the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and Business Intelligence (BI) product suite to clients.  The Application Consultant works closely with client stakeholders to define and document client specific business needs, application requirements, and recommendations for a successful implementation.  Additionally, must integrate best practices and product constraint realities into the designed solution.
 
  • Typically, is the functional SME of a specific domain area of knowledge.
  • Produce process diagrams, use cases, gap analysis, and functional design documents.
  • Accountable for realistic functional design material that a System Architect can build from.
  • Obtain confirmation with customers that the furnished documentation deliverables are accurate and comprehensive enough in detail for data and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee configuration and development phases to ensure all requirements are being implemented as designed with periodic outreach to technical developers as needed.
  • Assist project managers with the development, management, and on-time delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide escalation and resolution at the earliest sign of a project- or technology-related issue.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities through system validation and testing processes.
  • Work with technical developers, account managers, and other project team members.
 
Skills, Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years of experience (i.e. Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Architecture, and Interior Design)
  • Application Consultant certification in IWMS products
  • At least 3 years of experience performing analysis, design, development, and application deployment of enterprise-scale systems
  • At least 3 years of experience work with the IWMS application/platform, particularly TRIRIGA
  • Knowledge in BIRT, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting software
  • Knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and Enterprise Asset Management industry and best practices
  • Knowledge of adjacent technologies like CAD, document management, GIS, and BIM solutions
 
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Operational/development knowledge of TRIRIGA software or other IWMS systems (plus)
  • Operational/development knowledge of QlikView or other business intelligence reporting tools (plus)
